All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Please be sure to read all information on each listing before ordering. If there are any issues with your products, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it before leaving feedback. We will do out best to resolve any problems and address your concerns immediately.

Each product is hand made so no two items are identical. Please realize there will be a slight variation from photos in listings. Due to the nature of natural products, some may settle so be sure to shake or stir products before each use. For optimal freshness, use products within 2 to 3 months.
We accept and love making custom orders. Orders must be paid in full before we begin making them. No cancellations will be accepted after production begins.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your date is stored through Shopify's date storage database and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, the Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard(PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction date is stored only as long as it's necessary to complete your purchase transaction then your information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements helps ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store its service providers.
